About CloudFeather
CloudFeather is a new gaming technology platform founded by industry-leading game engineers, and recently backed by a marquee group of gaming VCs and strategic angels.
We are building “Bountyverse” – a next-generation competitive community of gamers to compete by creating and hunting bounties on their in-game scores. Bountyverse is distributed using a plug & play set of tools that boost game engagement and monetization through a SDK toolkit for iOS, Unity, and Android.
Within a year, we tested our infrastructure on matches and tournaments with 10 clients in India, including MPL, Winzo, 9stacks, Ungli games, EWar Games, NostraGamus, RummyBaazi, BalleBaazi, and BMG. The mission is to scale this tool set with the concept of “Bounty hunting” to thousands of developers worldwide.
About the Role
As a Game UI/UX Designer you have a talent to create fun, exciting product experiences for our game clients. Your experience in graphic design will be an invaluable asset in our arsenal of weapons. You will have a free hand in design decisions and their execution. We have a very flat hierarchy for effective communication which we believe is a cornerstone of a good team. Experience with hyper-casual games(games like temple run, subway surfer) is a big bonus. Your responsibilities will include:
Creating eye-catching 2D Artwork and visuals that align with brand standards and guidelines.
Working as part of the design team, taking responsibility for our dev toolkit to onboard multiple mobile game projects, creating product design documents, diagrams, and flowcharts.
Creating, balancing, and tuning product mechanics, product difficulty, and UX flow.
Prototype different gameplay variations during production, playtest them and take feedback.
Good Communication Skills.
Game implementation: Involve in the development cycle with constant playthroughs and feedback to facilitate productive iterations.
About You
Strong 2D illustration background with a keen sense of perspective.
Knowledge of lighting and shading for creating realistic 2D assets.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a product design role with at least one end-to-end product portfolio.
Strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator,
Knowledge of modern UI/UX standards in reference to mobile games, keeping up-to-date with current industry trends.
Ability to create product Wireframe for designing purposes.
Experience in Figma.
High creativity and intuition for systemic, narrative, and developer mechanics
Ability to influence stakeholders and steer product execution in a semi-structured cross-functional environment.
Knowledge about successful games in the mobile games market, what is currently trending, and know-how about design elements that made those games successful.
Hobby projects or previous experience with computer graphics
Experience in 3D will be a plus.
SKILLS REQUIRED
Expert in Photoshop and Illustrator.
Ui/Ux Knowledge and the ability to create app demo animations on Figma.
Knowledge of collaboration tools like Confluence and Jira.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
