3+ years of Animation experience
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong knowledge and experience of working with custom character rigs
Strong knowledge and experience of creating hand-keyed character animations
Strong knowledge and experience working with motion capture
Ability to work in 3ds Max, Unity , Maya, Blender using proprietary animation tools
Basic Knowledge of software like Nuke,
Unreal Engine, Houdini etc.
Understanding of the technical limitations of game engines and console platforms
Willingness to accept and provide direction and work well under pressure
Flexibility to cope with frequent iterations

In-depth knowledge of CG software tools and can produce photo realistic animation for a wide range of cha racters and creatures.
Excellent aesthetic judgements – keen understanding of composition, cinematic design and working to live action constraints and performances.
Excellent spatial awareness and a feel for movement and timing. With a keen eye for Weight, Balance, understanding of human structure and anatomy, gesture.
Excellent performance judgements, Can give constructive feedback that enhances the performance, increasing realism, and the emotional arc of the CG cast.
Great organisational skills and ability to manage a very busy team with, while meeting production timetables and budgets.
A thorough knowledge of relevant technologies in the field of CG animation
Extensive CG experience working on high profile live action , gaming content CG feature films etc
